Domestic Shipping (Within Canada): Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days after order processing.

International Shipping: Rates vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments. Delivery times may vary, and international orders may take up to 21 business days.

Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays. A tracking number will be provided when available, and you will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 At IndigoBrush, each piece of art is crafted with care. Due to the nature of original artwork and prints, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include an exchange or refund.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
